If you are C or D cup, go for your bra size exactly, or for really big chests, go a size or two bigger waistband. Cut out the crotch, using the ribbed edges as guides. Sew down all edges that are separating. Viola! Depending on body shapes, the sides can be stiched up a little if you want, to take off excess bagginess.
